May 19, 2006 Please pat your fellows on the back! They arrived on time when they said they would…dealt with problems as they arose…found needed solutions in a timely manner…consulted with other professionals as necessary for our difficult installation (rather than pretend they had all the answers, which I consider the true mark of a professional)…AND cleaned up after themselves. All in all you accomplished what you said you would do…when you said you’d do it…at the cost you said you’d do it for…can’t ask for much more. Katherine |

July 15, 2006 Our unit went out on Tuesday, July 11. On the 12th Joe came out-it was evident we needed a new compressor for sure and recommended a new system…On Sat. July 16, with temperatures nearing 100 degrees, Joel called and said he had a used unit he wanted to put in to gave us some relief. In 45 minutes he was here and installing that unit. Yes, HE CALLED US AND OFFERED THAT UNIT. Most AC companies aren’t even answering their phone this weekend – and working in client services myself, I did not want to be a nagging customer and ask for the impossible. We have ordered a new full system from Joel and expect fine service from that unit. But we will always keep Joel’s card handy and highly recommend him and his company to anyone with A.C. needs.
